I take this opportunity to welcome you to our most advanced and extensive website in Qatar. We at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. are proud of this site as it will add to our philosophy of enhancing our service and customer satisfaction. Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. is the sole agent for Toyota & Lexus vehicles, Sumitomo Tires, Exide Batteries, Proform Bedliners, Toyota Industrial Vehicles & Kawasaki Equipments in Qatar. To compliment our automobile business, we have a Rent a Car section exclusively for Toyota and Lexus vehicles and a Trade-in Division for used cars of all brands.

Being responsible for the overall successful operations of the company, it is my duty to see that every customer who approaches us for business or any enquiry, receives our best attention and remain a satisfied customer. The new website we are launching now is a step forward in this direction as we have always strived our best right from the inception of the company towards this goal. The new Spare Parts Center with state of art facilities in the Industrial area and the Quick Service Center at the ‘D’ ring road are latest additions to our improved infrastructure for better service. The ongoing process of increasing the number of parts outlets and service centers will facilitate easy access and quick service to all our valued Toyota and Lexus customers thus bringing the Toyota and Lexus family in greater harmony. Our newly developed Customer Relations Dept. is working hard to attend to all our customer’s difficulties if any and we have always been very receptive to listen to any cases of dissatisfaction.

It is a privilege for me to address you as the General Manager of the leading automobile company in Qatar who represents the No. 1 Japanese automobile in Japan and the 3rd largest in the world. Beginning from a modest operation in 1964, we achieved a record sales in the year 2001 and 2002 and heading towards a new third record sales in 2003.

At present we are enjoying 40% market share in the automobile business and we are planning to achieve 45% by the year 2006 according to our long term plan and the extensive support we are receiving from our principal M/s Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan, our Board of Directors and loyal customers.
